When you use NexusMind Coach we collect: your name and email address; your password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text); mood check-ins and notes you choose to record; brain-training game scores; and messages you send to the AI coach.
We use this information to provide the service (your dashboard, streaks, and coach conversations), to process Premium subscription payments via Stripe, and to improve the product. Coach messages are sent to our AI provider (Groq) solely to generate a reply and are not used to train AI models by us.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run NexusMind Coach (our hosting provider, Stripe for billing, and Groq for AI responses), and where required by law.
We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
