Not a medical or mental health service

NexusMind Coach is a self-improvement and mental-fitness wellness product. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical or mental health diagnosis, and is not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare provider. Nothing in the app — including the brain-training games, mood tracker, or AI coach — should be relied on for any clinical or medical decision.

The AI coach

The AI coach uses general-purpose AI to offer supportive, self-help style conversation informed by common cognitive-behavioural (CBT) techniques. It is an automated feature, not a licensed therapist or counsellor, and its responses may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not use it as your only source of support for a mental health concern.

If you are in crisis

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or are otherwise in danger, please contact emergency services immediately (000 in Australia) or a crisis support line such as Lifeline (13 11 14, lifeline.org.au) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467). If you are outside Australia, contact your local emergency number or a local crisis line.

No guarantee of outcomes

Brain-training games, mood tracking, and AI coaching are offered for general wellbeing purposes. We make no claim that using NexusMind Coach will improve cognitive function, mental health, or any clinical outcome, and results vary between individuals.

Related product

NexusMind Coach is a separate, consumer wellness product from NexusMind AI's clinician-facing differential diagnosis tool. If you were looking for that clinical tool, it is unaffected and unchanged.
