You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits described on our Pricing page. The Premium plan is billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in Australian dollars.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
Responses from the AI coach are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use your own judgment and do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
